Refund policy
At DateQynd Sweets, we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. As a business operating under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), your consumer rights are important to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Change of Mind
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice.
We encourage you to carefully review the product description, ingredients, and allergen information before purchasing.
Returns for Faulty or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your product is:
Damaged in transit,
Incorrectly supplied, or
Spoiled or unsafe (e.g., due to a manufacturing issue).
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, in line with your rights under the ACL.
To request a return or refund, please:
1) Contact us at infor@dateqyndsweets.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
2) Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photographs if applicable.
Please do not dispose of the product until we advise, as we may request it to be returned or inspected.
Returns Process
To start a return, you can contact us at infor@dateqyndsweets.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Ground Floor, 470 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC, 3004, Australia
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
